DESCRIPTION:

The beautiful features in this ring will make you appreciate Native American art! This piece of Native American jewelry is Navajo hand crafted by artist Jameson Kee, out of genuine sterling silver and a man made Blue Opal. The stone is delicately placed in a hand cut bezel setting, while twisted silver and silver beads highlight the ring for an incredible finish. The ring is stamped .925 (sterling) and hallmarked.

Most people know Opal for its distinctive play of color, it is a semi-transparent solidified mineral composed of silicon and water, and it gets its name from the Latin word "Oplus" meaning precious stone. Opal is the birthstone for October. It is believed to release self-consciousness allowing spontaneous action, and awakens psychic and mystical qualities.
