At TurquoiseJewelry, we know the delicacy that precious gemstones require when being transported. We take great care in packing your items safely and shipping them so you receive them in their original condition. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday within two business days of processed payment.

All TurquoiseJewelry items are shipped through the United States Postal Service and UPS. The cost paid for shipping includes the transport, handling, and package insurance. Be aware that shipping time begins when your order leaves our facility, not the time the order is placed. If your purchase is not received in a timely manner, or is damaged in any way, please contact us immediately.

Orders placed between November 27th and December 5th are accepted for exchange up to January 5th to give you more time ***

 *Returns qualify for a full refund minus the original and return shipping charges. Returns will not be accepted if an item has been damaged, modified or altered in anyway. Items must be in original condition without any sizing or other changes.
**Buyer pays shipping both ways for exchange shipments.
***Our 30 day non-holiday exchange policy will be applied to orders placed after December 5th.

The great care put into TurquoiseJewelry’s products are made to ensure you love them. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we do issue a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. A returned purchase will be refunded minus the original shipping charges. We ask that you call our Customer Care team prior to sending a return or exchange back so we can begin processing it. Return shipping is not included with our orders.

Be mindful that damaged, modified, or altered items cannot be returned. Items must be in the original condition, including size and shape.

RMA number is required for returns to be processed. You must obtain a RMA number please call or email us. Once obtained, write on outside of the package clearly marked & visible.

Once the returned item or items have been received, it can take up to 72 hours to be processed by our Returns Department.

Holiday Return Policy

Understandably, holiday purchases require an extended exchange time frame. Any items purchased between November 1st and December 5th can be exchanged anytime until January 5th.
